Thanks for the tips!
As a heavy sleeper I know how hard is to get out of the warm bed in the morning, so the list you’ve mentioned is very helpful. One more thing you can try in order to get up early is simply to change you alarm clock. After long time using the same alarm clock you’re getting used to the buzzer sound (or the news on the radio). By upgrading your alarm clock you can get more exicted and thrilled. You’ll be amazed how many unique and special alarm clocks are out there and they can really help you get up early.

Hey Chloe,
When I saw this headline I had to rush over and read what was shared. I really would like to get up earlier but it’s so hard for me. I guess since I’ve been working at home for about four years now, I love the fact that I can make my own schedule. Sleeping is something I’ve always enjoyed doing.
I do get everything accomplished I have planned for the day but I find that I’m working late each night in order to do that. If I could just get up earlier and start my day, I might not be sitting at this computer each night still at 10:00. Then it takes me awhile to actually wind down. So every night I’m going to bed late.
I think I’ll give that getting up 15 min. early a good go and take it from there. Maybe with time I can rearrange my schedule and not be so tired.
Thanks for the tips.
